Richard has over 40 years working in the foodservice industry. He has managed multiple locations, and negotiated contracts for McCormick & Schmick’s during his 15 years with that company. He has owned and operated over 20 restaurants, and consulted with major corporations such as NIKE, Holiday Inns Worldwide, University of California, Portland State University. His event management company, NW Special Events has managed foodservice for Cycle Oregon, The Hood to Coast Relay, The Fred Meyer Challenge, Reach the Beach, and many others.

 

 

 

 

 

Eric Metzler, Associate Broker

Eric has over 35 years in the hospitality and restaurant industry with extensive experience as an award winning Executive Chef and restaurant owner. Eric was professionally trained by a Danish Master Chef and has worked in all facets of the hospitality and restaurant space.

Eric has owned and successfully operated six restaurants in the Pacific Northwest, he is highly respected in his community and known for  engagement in the communities that he has served.

What sets Eric apart from others is; he takes a consultative approach with his clients, sets them up for success, his passion is helping other owner operators fulfill their dreams in the industry.

Michelle Jones, Associate Broker

After 10 years helping to run the family HVAC business, I transitioned into real estate to fulfill a lifelong interest that I had.

I then became a real estate agent in 2005 on the residential side, specializing in fixers.

Due to market conditions shortly thereafter, I found myself in need of yet another career change or some sort of temporary job. This is what led me to what I thought would be a temporary serving position at a local restaurant and stayed a little longer than anticipated.

I have 15 plus years of experience, front of house, in the hospitality and food industry, to include lottery operations, cash handling, restaurant management experience, and a strong understanding of the operations of running a restaurant.

I am excited to be a part of such a great team and I look forward to helping you achieve your real estate goals.
