Richard Arthur, Principal Broker

Richard has over 40 years working in the foodservice industry. He has managed multiple locations, and negotiated contracts for McCormick & Schmick’s during his 15 years with that company. He has owned and operated over 20 restaurants, and consulted with major corporations such as NIKE, Holiday Inns Worldwide, University of California, Portland State University. His event management company, NW Special Events has managed foodservice for Cycle Oregon, The Hood to Coast Relay, The Fred Meyer Challenge, Reach the Beach, and many others.

Michelle Jones, Associate Broker

After 10 years helping to run the family HVAC business, I transitioned into real estate to fulfill a lifelong interest that I had.

I then became a real estate agent in 2005 on the residential side, specializing in fixers.

Due to market conditions shortly thereafter, I found myself in need of yet another career change or some sort of temporary job. This is what led me to what I thought would be a temporary serving position at a local restaurant and stayed a little longer than anticipated.

I have 15 plus years of experience, front of house, in the hospitality and food industry, to include lottery operations, cash handling, restaurant management experience, and a strong understanding of the operations of running a restaurant.

Dave Norstedt

Dave Norstedt has been an associate broker with Oregon Restaurant Realty since 2020. He has more than 35 years of hospitality management experience, having worked for multiple independent operators as well as brands such as McCormick & Schmick’s, Hilton, Radisson and Intercontinental Hotels. Dave spent the 2nd half of his career in Cannon Beach, where he managed restaurants and hotels as the Vice President of Operations for Martin Hospitality.
